  • Games and virtual coach are have bugs or glitches that throw the user out.  Can become frustrating - more what you would expect in free beta version. (As of May 2008)
  • Games are short, so the program makes you want to go back and repeat to feel you are getting something out of it.
  • Reporting is hard to understand, too much information without cutting to the core.
